Always Eat After 7 PM Diet Update

This is my last update for my Always Eat After 7 PM diet series. I am actually kind of sad about it. Haha! (If you haven’t been following my journey you can read my first post HERE, my second post HERE, and my third post HERE.) I started this journey with a goal in mind and I achieved that goal. In the first 2 weeks, I lost a combined 6 lbs. In my 3rd week, I lost 2 lbs. My 4-week total weightloss goal is 10 lbs. I think I can do it, I know I can do it! I cannot believe I almost said no to this opportunity, but I am so grateful that I said yes because it is changing how I eat and my life. (My eating habits have changed, and I no longer crave junk food.) But where do I go from here?

Will I keep it going?

I am going to try! There are some things I am going to introduce into my lifestyle/weight loss journey. Currently, I do not exercise. I need to change that. As I start to incorporate exercise into my schedule I will need to change somethings about how I follow the Always Eat After 7 PM diet. I know the hardest part for me is going to be keeping up with the intermittent fasting. The book touches on this subject and gives me hope that I will be able to keep it up. If I exercise in the morning I may have to eat some eggs along with my coffee in the morning. I will have to wait and see.

The most challenging times to curb hunger are just before bed and in the morning. By following the Always Eat After 7PM program, you have the most willpower to stay on the diet because you are eating during the hours when you are most hungry. This also puts you into both intermittent fasting increasing testosterone and your metabolism, while putting you into ketosis.

The Importance of Water

Another thing I need to be better at is drinking water. I do not drink enough water during the day. This has been a constant battle for me for a long time. Even when I was pregnant it was a struggle for me to drink the amount of water I needed to drink in a day. Why is drinking water so important?

“Water helps digest your food, expel wastes, regulate your temperature, protect your tissues, cushion your joints, and protect your spinal column, among many other vital functions. It is through water that hormones flow to the proper organs, that nutrients reach all cells, and that toxins are diluted and removed from the body.”

But I feel after almost a month of participating in the Always Eat After 7 PM Diet and seeing the results I have seen I will be able to have the drive and focus to continue on with my healthier lifestyle change/diet.
